Email is the way. We are an editorial site — not a clinic and not a patient-assistance program — so what we can help with is fairly narrow.

We read everything. Replies take a few business days, sometimes longer. We don’t have a phone line, a chat widget, or after-hours support.
What we can actually help with
- Corrections. If something on the site is wrong — a fact, a price, a date, a misattributed quote, a stale link — we want to fix it. Tell us the URL and what’s off, and a source if you have one.
- Tips. Telehealth services we should review, programs we missed, questions we should answer. We get more ideas than we can write, but we keep a list and most of what we publish came from a reader at some point.
- Press and partnerships. Editorial guidance on what fits the site is in our About page; pitches that ignore it usually don’t get a reply. We don’t accept paid placements that aren’t disclosed as advertising.
- Privacy questions. See the Privacy Policy. For data requests, email from the same address you used to contact us.
- Legal notices. Send to the email above with “Legal” in the subject.
What we cannot help with
This list is the most important part of this page. Please don’t send us:
- Medical questions. We are not clinicians. We cannot evaluate symptoms, recommend treatment, advise on dosing, or comment on whether something is safe for you. Talk to a licensed physician, pharmacist, or nurse. If you’re in crisis, call 911 or 988.
- Prescription requests. We don’t issue prescriptions of any kind, full stop.
- Patient-assistance applications. We don’t run a PAP. We don’t process applications, evaluate eligibility, or have access to a manufacturer’s enrollment system. Apply directly to the program — see the Prescription Assistance Programs page for the canonical directories.
- Personal medical or insurance information. Don’t send your prescription details, diagnosis, insurance card, Social Security number, or date of birth. We can’t act on it and we don’t want it on our email server.
